Delivery and Returns

 

Delivery

We offer three delivery methods:

Standard £3.95. Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of your order date and you'll receive confirmation from us once we've sent your order. 

Painting Courier £50. Private courier used for delivery of large pieces that cannot be sent with royal mail or standard operator.

*Local Delivery* FREE within a 4 mile radius of our gallery and only in operation during UK lockdown. Once the gallery reopens, you will be able to pick up orders if you live locally - we will email you to let you know when it is ready to collect.  

Our couriers are ensuring that the parcels are delivered as safely as possible to your doorstep, with no contact. If your parcel doesn’t fit through your letterbox, the delivery driver will place the item at your door and stand at a safe distance while you collect it.

Please remember that we are on hand to answer calls and reply to any queries, please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need anything, we'd love to hear from you.

 

*International Delivery*

It is possible to ship or products internationally in some instances. Shipping costs to some zones or locations do not automatically display on our website. Please email us should you want to ship an item internationally and we'll reply with a delivery charge.

 

Returns

If the order has already been received by you, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that you return your order unused and in it's original packaging. If we receive an item back deemed to be not resalable, we reserve the right to refuse to refund these items. We will of course return the item to you if you require but you will be liable for our postage costs in doing so.

Unfortunately we cannot provide free returns at this time and you will also need to obtain appropriate tracking and insurance for your return - we do not accept liability for returned items which are lost on their way back to us and you will need to address any losses with your chosen service provider.
