Christine Brick

Born out of the rugged South-West Cornish coast, Christine draws her inspiration from the crystal clear and striking coastal landscapes of her surroundings. Originally working with acrylics she has discovered the intimate depth and detail of resin as a medium. This has resulted in fascinating creations inspired by the stark, deep colours of the Sea from an aerial perspective.

Bridget Wilkinson

Bridget is an artist living in the small fishing town of Whitby and has long since been influenced by her local environment, creating bold, colourful works, in her own unique style. Her work encapsulates layered and often narrative scenes, incorporating flowing curves and patterns, abundant with marine life. Being self-taught has allowed her to develop her own style which has evolved into colourful, quirky and often energetic artwork, depicting coastal scenes and underwater life. Bridget’s work captures the essence of an idyllic coastal world to produce artwork that makes you smile.

Andy Shattock

Born in Worthing Sussex, Andy now lives and works in East Grinstead. From 2007 he concentrated on painting. Andy creates paintings mainly from his own photographs, often creating a collage of different images on computer before painting in acrylic on canvas.

All of the wood Hide use is locally sourced from sustainably managed woodland or is driftwood found on the beaches near their studio in Bude, North Cornwall.
