Emily Nott-Bower - She Sells Sea Shells

The coast has always been a huge part of Emily’s life. Taking this love she began to incorporate the sea into her jewellery. Having a large collection of shells she began to cast them, the Epphaven mussel pendant being her first piece, and make them into pieces of jewellery. She now has a wonderful jewellery collection which is constantly having new pieces introduced. After the birth of her second child in 2010 She Sells Sea Shells was formed and is now going from strength to strength.

Dawn Dance

Dawn Dance grew up in Cornwall and after completing an Arts Foundation course at Falmouth College she then graduated from Kingston University  with a BA Hons in Fashion and Textiles. After working as a textile conservator she went on to train as a gilder and antique frame restorer. She set up her own gilding and restoration business in Surrey and completed work for the antique trade, National Trust and the Sultan of Bruni. Dawn also worked as a Lecturer, teaching a wide range of BTEC and City & Guilds craft and design courses at Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology. “I start my work by using photography and drawings to record natural textures and shapes.
