Jess Berriman
All of Jess' jewellery is individually constructed from porcelain. She uses various techniques to texture and glaze the pieces. Once she has shaped and textured the clay, it is left to dry. When the clay is completely dry it is then bisque fired in her electric kiln. It is then ready to glaze. The porcelain is then fired again, this time to a much higher temperature. The porcelain piece is then combined with sterling findings. The finished item is a beautiful handcrafted unique piece of jewellery.
